How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, where tracking is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or entered production, we'll do our best to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Available shipping options and applicable delivery costs are shown during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on both production time and shipping transit time. Production times vary by product category, while shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not necessarily. Because Lily & Rosa works with more than one trusted supplier, products in the same order may sometimes be produced and shipped separately. Your order may therefore arrive in two or more packages, each with its own tracking information and delivery time.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order is delivered in separate packages.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wish to keep an item.

If your order arrives with a genuine production, printing, sizing, fulfilment or delivery issue, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the Size Guide provided on each product page before placing your order. Size guides may vary between products.

Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings, photography lighting, fabric characteristics and the printing process.
